Our values

With factories and customers all around the world, LM Wind Power fosters and handles diversity everyday - and we do so with pleasure! However, a diverse company also needs a unifying foundation that brings together people across continents, regardless of language, education and culture. LM Wind Power's common foundation is our values. They serve as fundamental guidelines for our behavior and the way we interact with all stakeholders. All new employees who join our Group receive a minimum of three hours of dedicated values training as part of the corporate induction programme. In addition to this our values are an important part of our PMP process and yearly employee assessments and regular dilemma trainings are used to discuss and align the overall understanding of our values.

And we meet customers with the same friendly, helpful and collaborative behavior anywhere in the world. Our focus is on creating outstanding value by listening and reacting according to our customers' and markets' needs.

We strive for consensus by recognizing the value of others' opinions and proactively share experiences to drive continuous cross-organizational learning.
